SHIPPING

Anti-mattermane ships jewellery throughout Australia and to all international destinations.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and customers pay all returned item shipping costs.

If shipping to a business please include the business name and full address in the ‘Shipping Information’ upon Checkout.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING 

For all orders shipped within Australia, express shipping is $15 and sent by registered, trackable post.

You must sign to receive your delivery. Deliveries cannot be left unattended. For deliveries that are not signed for, you will receive a delivery notification card and your package will go to the nearest local post office for identification collection.

Express shipping within Australia will arrive approximately 1 to 3 business days after completion of product. While we will make every effort to ship your order within the specified timeframes, delays may occur.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

For all orders shipped to New Zealand, USA & Canada, Japan, China, UK & Europe, standard shipping is $30 sent by registered, trackable post. Standard International shipping to these destinations will arrive approximately 5-8 business days after completion of product. While we will make every effort to ship your order within the specified timeframes, delays may occur.

All orders to rest of world, standard shipping is $40 sent by registered, trackable post.

Standard International shipping to the rest of world will arrive approximately 6-10 days after completion of product. While we will make every effort to ship your order within the specified timeframes, delays may occur.

INTERNATIONAL IMPORT DUTIES AND CUSTOM CHARGES
